KP Apparels offers a straightforward return and exchange policy for specific products that can be bought directly from the website.

 

Although we do not accept returns or refunds, customers may exchange their items within four days of receiving their package.

 

You can contact us by email info.kpapparels@gmail.com for any exchange, and you will receive a response in two business days.

Requests for exchanges will only be accepted if the returned product passes quality control.

Following conditions must be fulfilled:

 

  • The client must be based in India because this service is not available to clients who are based outside of India.
  • Within four days of the date of delivery, the customer must email us at kpapparels@gmail.comexpressing dissatisfaction with the product.
  • If you don't get in touch with us in a timely manner to schedule the reverse pick-up, your exchange request might be denied.
  • For the chosen pin-codes, we will set up a reverse pick-up within 3–4 working days of receiving the exchange request.
  • When using this reverse pick-up service, KP apparels disclaims all liability for any loss or damage the product may sustain while in transit.
  • Certain pin codes might not support reverse pick-up.
  • In such circumstances, the items or clothing can be couriered to our main office: “Ketshi Pujara design studio, Silver park main road, Opposite street no.4, Behind world’s gift mall, Amin Marg, Rajkot, Gujarat, 360001”
  • In order to prevent further damage to the goods during transit, please make sure that the exchange packets are packed securely. Items that are discovered to be damaged won't be replaced.
  • The items that can be exchanged need to be in original, undamaged, unworn, and clean. Only items in their original packaging, such as dust bags, hang tags on clothing, hangers, polyester bags, or shoe boxes, will be accepted for exchange. Items that are filthy, ruined, or otherwise unfit for acceptance will be returned to the customer.
  • We won't accept returns for the following items:

 

  • Customised orders
  • Products on sale
  • Accessories
  • Home Décor
  • Handbags

 

 

  • In the event that the product is not suitable for return, the customer consents to accept the decision made by KP apparels and not contest it.
  • If an exchange is deemed invalid, the customer will receive a refund and will be removed from future purchases lists.
  • Following quality check upon receiving of the product, we will replace it if the exchange is result of an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged or defective product).
  • We will return the items to you if a quality check determines that the product is unfit for exchange.
  • An exchange issue may require up to ten business days for us to process and close.
  • If COD orders are repeatedly disregarded, the COD facility may be barred without warning.
  • Should you not be the true buyer but rather received the product as a gift from another customer, you will need to ask the customer to start the exchange process on your behalf.
  • Please take note that unless the product you received is different from what you ordered, any purchases you make during a sale or offer are not returnable.
  • Regarding products purchased during a sale or an offer, we do not accept returns or refunds.
